Support while you’re away
Travel Assistance
Travel Assistance, offered through The Standard, can help you navigate unexpected events or circumstances anytime, day or night, when you travel more than 100 miles from home or internationally for up to 180 days for business or pleasure. You are covered and can get assistance with issues such as:
- Visa, weather and currency exchange information
- Credit card and passport replacement and missing baggage coordination
- Help replacing prescription medication or lost corrective lenses
- Emergency evacuation to the nearest adequate medical facility and medically necessary repatriation to the employee’s home
- Connection to medical care providers, interpreter services, local attorneys and assistance in coordinating bail bond
- Help with evacuation or emergency travel arrangements

Benefits for International Travelers
Simplot’s Benefits for International Travelers program, offered through International SOS (ISOS), provides travel assistance for eligible employees who are preparing to travel and while traveling outside their home country or permanent assignment location. Your spouse and children up to age 26 are also eligible for assistance while traveling with the covered employee.
ISOS is available 24/7 and can provide:
- Country-specific information
- Visa and vaccine requirements
- Translation services
- Security advisories
- Coordination of medical and security evacuation
- And more

Solution for breastfeeding moms
If you’re a new mom and need to travel for Simplot-related business, Milk Stork makes it easy for you to ship or tote refrigerated and/or frozen breast milk home to your baby. Milk Stork is a travel cost and will be charged to the Company as a travel expense.
Pump & Ship
The Pump & Ship option gives you a no-fuss solution to overnight your refrigerated and/or frozen breast milk home. You’ll get:
- A pharmaceutical-grade shipping cooler with push button activation that provides at least 72 hours of refrigeration and is pre-labeled for next-day delivery
- Breast milk storage bags, packing instructions and shipping seals
Pump & Tote
The Pump & Tote option lets you carry your breast milk home with you. You’ll get:
- A pharmaceutical-grade cooler the size of a carry-on bag with push button activation that provides at least 60 hours of refrigeration
- Breast milk storage bags, packing and toting instructions and a tote bag
