What you need to know
We all know how important health is. But making it our priority easily gets lost in the shuffle of our busy lives. At Simplot, we want to help you take an active role in your health every day.
In 2026, Simplot will make a wellness contribution to your HSA when you take the Wellness (HSA) Incentive LMS course in MySimplot (employee.simplot.com) and complete a preventive service visit. We selected these two wellness-related activities because they’re proven to have a positive impact on your understanding of your benefits and your health.
Who’s eligible
You can participate and earn the HSA wellness contribution, as long as you are enrolled in the Simplot Medical Program. Your spouse and dependent children do not qualify for the HSA contribution. You must be currently employed with Simplot and have an open HSA at HealthEquity at the time of completing the preventive visit.
What you need to do
You can complete these two healthy activities in any order between January 1 and October 31, 2026, to earn the incentives. As soon as both activities are registered as complete, the contribution will be deposited into your HSA within 8 to 10 weeks. (Your employer contribution will be deposited if you are an active employee enrolled in the Medical Program, actively contributing to a HealthEquity HSA and eligible to receive contributions on the date that the contribution is processed.)
How much you get
As soon as both activities are registered as complete, Simplot will contribute up to $400 into your HSA within 8 to 10 weeks. Here’s what you can earn.
