Pelvic floor disorders are common, but they’re not normal. And you don’t have to put up with them. The Women’s Pelvic Health Program, offered through Hinge Health, can help you reduce pelvic pain and discomfort and keep your pelvic muscles working like they should. It offers personalized exercise therapy for pregnancy and postpartum, bladder control, pelvic muscle strengthening and pelvic muscle relaxation. Best of all, you can participate from the comfort, convenience and privacy of your home — at no cost to you.

The program is available to Simplot Medical Program participants age 18+.
About the program
The Women’s Pelvic Health Program is more than physical therapy. It combines gentle exercise with one-on-one support from an expert clinical care team to help with:
- Pregnancy and postpartum. Prepare for and recover from childbirth. Prevent back, hip and pelvic pain. Rebuild your abs.
- Bladder control. Reduce urgent trips to the bathroom along with that “always gotta go” feeling that can result in leaking urine.
- Pelvic muscle relaxation and control. Retrain your pelvic floor to reduce tension, relieve pain and increase flexibility.
- Pelvic muscle strengthening. Build your core muscles. Prevent leaks when you laugh, sneeze or cough.
When you join, you receive a personalized plan and unlimited exercises developed by physical therapists. The exercises are designed to be done anywhere, in about 15 minutes or less. Every session feels like having a physical therapist by your side. Hinge Health will walk you through your stretches with visual and verbal directions so you can exercise with ease. If you ever have questions or need additional support, you can contact your care team by text, email, phone call or video chat.
