Simplot Dental Program
What you need to know
Dental benefits are covered through the Simplot Dental Program, administered by Blue Cross of Idaho. When you enroll, you receive dental coverage that includes no-cost preventive exams when you use in-network providers. You can receive care from any provider you’d like, but you’ll get the richest benefits and pay less when you stay in-network.
Who you can cover
Most employees are eligible to participate in the Simplot Dental Program. If you’re eligible, you can also enroll certain family members.

Top tip
If your dentist recommends treatment that is expected to cost more than $300, you should ask your provider to submit a Dental Treatment Plan to Blue Cross of Idaho. This allows Blue Cross of Idaho to confirm your coverage and estimate your expenses before treatment begins.
