Who’s eligible

Employees, spouses and dependents enrolled in the Simplot Medical Program are eligible for Maven at no additional cost.

Get started

Enroll online or through the Maven Clinic app. All you will need is your date of birth, and legal first and last name listed in MySimplot. Your dependents can enroll using their first and last names (as listed with Blue Cross of Idaho) when they reach the validation screen.
